RESORT & ACCOMMODATION DEVELOPMENTS
innovest-construction-busselton-dunsborough-2

This luxury accommodation built for the Seashells Hospitality Group is comprised of three buildings and thirty six self contained one and two bedroom units.

Originally built in 1905, the present Caves House was rebuilt in 1938 and is now a heritage listed hotel. The New Bedroom Wing expands the idyllic retreats facilities and services and was completed in time for the Christmas holiday season in 2007.

The method of construction was predominantly concrete tilt-up, utilising some 90 panels, the largest being approximately 19 tonne and 13.0m high. The exterior concrete walls are clad with FC linea weatherboards to achieve the required heritage aesthetics.

The award winning Caves House New Bedroom Wing is another example of Innovest Construction’s ability to deliver construction projects at the highest standards.
