Situated on a sloping semi-bush site, this two storey luxury residence was designed with an east/west axis to capture the northerly aspect and panoramic picturesque views of Eagle Bay.

The design aimed to create a light and airy residence utilising materials which would minimise ongoing maintenance. The home features full height glazing, jarrah timber flooring, clear anodized aluminium glazed windows and Colorbond Mini-Orb external cladding to the upper level. External and internal unpainted galvanized steel columns and beams were used to create the structural framework.

Working with clients located overseas, the project successfully delivered an attractive and enduring residence.
