We value and maintain strong working relationships with local subcontractors and suppliers, government authorities and regulators.
Our ethos of respectful relationships was formed by Henry Kusal when he established the company in 1997 and is continued today under the leadership of Robert Kusal.
ROB KUSAL
Rob started his career in the building and construction industry in 1988, completing an apprenticeship in Carpentry and Joinery in 1992 before becoming a registered builder in February 1997 (Builders Registration No. 10021). Rob joined Innovest Construction as a site supervisor in 2004, before becoming the Managing Director in 2008.
Rob, as lead estimator and project manager, continues to maintain a strong connection to all projects undertaken, ensuring each build is delivered in line with the company’s ethos and commitment to Investment in Quality – Built to Last.
