This custom built sporting facility for the Shire of Capel encompassed change rooms, toilets, canteen and amenities for the new sporting grounds.  The construction method is structural steel, brick with colourbond roof and exposed aggregate for paths and gathering areas.

The facility enables local Dalyellup sporting clubs to provide much needed amenities to accommodate visiting clubs as well as locals.
