The Leschanault Medical Centre project aimed to create a medical precinct to accommodate various different medical professionals such as Doctor, Pathology, Pharmaceutical and Dental clinics in one convenient location.
The main support structure is comprised of tilt panel construction with raking and structural steel beams as roof support. Two leaning panels with false jointing at 30 degrees added an aesthetic feature to the west side of the building.
The finishing’s for the project were simple and relied heavily on the structural components of the building such as exposed aggregate concrete paths and structural steel.
