The office development situated on Commonage Road in the Enterprise Park Light Industrial Area of Dunsborough, was designed by Phil Meynart Architects in conjunction with our office staff.

Our goal was to create a set of office strata units which display specialised concrete techniques. The development includes four units of varying sizes from 144 m2 to 176m2 with two classified as service industry units (Commonage Road frontage) and two classified as warehousing units.

Particular attention was given to the concrete finish on the façade to achieve an eye catching feature that resonated with the prominent position onto Commonage Road.

A custom-made, textured concrete reception desk in unit 1, provides a handcrafted bespoke feature.
